How it Works

Step 1: Connect & Consult

Start your journey by reaching out to us directly through our website messaging system, chat, or by email or phone. Share your ideas, preferred materials (Silver, 10k, 14k,18k Gold or Platinum), and your budget. Our consultants will work with you to refine the design.

Step 2: CAD Design & Approval

Once we have the details, our master designers will create a 3D CAD (Computer-Aided Design) of your piece. This allows you to see exactly how your jewelry will look from every angle. We will refine the design until you are 100% satisfied.

Step 3: Secure Your Order

Once the CAD is approved, we will provide you with a Link (found under our Custom Orders menu).

  • Flexible Payments: We offer installment plans to suit your needs.
  • Milestone Payments: Initial installments are processed as digital service fees to begin production.
  • Final Payment: The final installment covers the physical product and shipping details.

Step 4: Crafting & Delivery

After the final payment (or as agreed), our goldsmiths will begin the hand-finishing process. Once completed, your masterpiece will be securely packaged and shipped to your doorstep with a tracking number provided.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Every Golden Pro piece is meticulously made-to-order. Our process includes dedicated production time, a rigorous quality inspection, and secure shipping to ensure the highest standards.

  • Standard Turnaround Time: Typically 12–20 days for the whole process including shipping. 

Service Disclaimer: Please note that while we strive for punctuality, unexpected delays caused by factors outside our control—such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier service interruptions—may occur. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize the safety and quality of your handcrafted treasure.

Flexible Installment Plan

We offer a structured payment schedule to make your custom jewelry purchase more convenient. Our installment process follows these four milestones:

  1. Initial Payment & Design: Upon your first payment, we will officially confirm your order and begin crafting your unique 3D CAD (Computer-Aided Design).
  2. Production Milestone: Once you approve the CAD design, a second payment is required to move your ring into our master workshop for production.
  3. Progress Payments: The remaining balance is divided into manageable installments as your piece is being handcrafted.
  4. Final Fulfillment & Shipping: Once the final balance is settled, your masterpiece undergoes its final quality inspection and is dispatched for secure delivery.

Note: A payment link will be sent to you for each milestone. Production continues as each installment is settled.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Golden Pro Jewels, each piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

To ensure your satisfaction, we take extra care before production starts:

We confirm all order details with you (size, design, material, etc.)
We only proceed once you approve everything

This process allows us to confidently stand behind every piece we create.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may begin and changes may no longer be possible.

Manufacturer Defects & Issues

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect or fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will:

Repair the item, or
Replace it at no additional cost
Repairs & Support

Even beyond defects, we are here to help. If you need adjustments or repairs, feel free to reach out—we’re committed to supporting you even after your purchase.

Processing Fees:

  • For orders over $4,999, we also accept bank wire transfers to help reduce fees.
  • For orders over $9,999, we require bank wire transfers, or the client must cover a 2.6% processing fee on top of the final quote.
