At Golden Pro Jewels, each piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
To ensure your satisfaction, we take extra care before production starts:
We confirm all order details with you (size, design, material, etc.)
We only proceed once you approve everything
This process allows us to confidently stand behind every piece we create.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may begin and changes may no longer be possible.
Manufacturer Defects & Issues
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect or fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If approved, we will:
Repair the item, or
Replace it at no additional cost

Processing Fees:
- For orders over $4,999, we also accept bank wire transfers to help reduce fees.
- For orders over $9,999, we require bank wire transfers, or the client must cover a 2.6% processing fee on top of the final quote.
